As part of De Soi’s user onboarding experience, I designed an intuitive and engaging welcome flow that seamlessly aligns with the brand’s sophisticated yet playful personality. The flow kicks off with a dynamic pop-up, carefully crafted to capture users’ attention in a non-intrusive way while introducing them to the essence of De Soi’s distinctive voice. The pop-up design not only matches the brand’s modern, elevated aesthetic but also ensures a delightful first interaction, setting a tone of luxury with a touch of fun.



Following this initial touchpoint, I developed a series of thoughtfully designed welcome emails that further establish De Soi’s unique brand identity. These emails serve as both an introduction to the platform and a journey that guides users toward understanding the value of De Soi’s offerings. By blending sophisticated design elements with engaging, lighthearted content, each email reinforces the brand’s core values and encourages deeper user engagement.
